How To Rent-A-Rack with The Little Hanger?

Alternatively, you can also book in person at our store or by following the link in our bio on our Instagram page @thelittlehanger.adl
Choose a start date based on your availability to set up your rack. The starting date for your rack rental can be any day of the week during our business hours. You can also start on Saturdays!
When you come in to set up your rack, we will be around to help you if you need.
The minimum rental time is 14 DAYS. If would like to look at extending your rack rental, please either send us a text message, give us a call or pop instore.
Printing off your product sheets and price tags
You are welcome to print off your own price tags we recommend printing them on thicker paper/card, laminating or sticking your tags to some cardboard. If you are unable to print off your tags, we do offer our Print Off service where we will print them off for you and laminate, hole punch and cut your tags for $1 per page.
If you require this, please just let us know at least 24 hours before your rack rental is due to begin.
How do I attach my price tags?
We recommend you use safety pins to attach your tags to your items. For shoes or certain accessories, you can attach your price tags with a piece of string.
If you need any safety pins, we are happy to provide you with them.
Do I Need to Bring My Own Coat Hangers?
No, we provide all coat hangers for your rack. We also provide unlimited security tags for your clothes!
What if I want to discount items?
We can apply a discount percentage to your entire rack, we will then place a sign on your rack with the discount percentage. Simply send us a text message, give us a call or send us an email stating what discount percentage you would like to place on your rack. If you are wanting to discount individual items instead of the entire rack, you will need to create new price tags on Zellr and then come into the shop to replace the old tags on those selected items. We can only assist with placing a discount to the entire rack.
Can I Restock My Stall Once I Start Selling?
YES you absolutely can! If you download the free Zellr app you can follow along and track your sales. come to replace your sold items as often as you like.
What if anything goes missing?
We provide security tags for you to use free of charge. The Little Hanger takes no responsibility for stolen or property that gets lost, but we will always do our best for this to not happen. Our shop space is under 24 hour security camera surveillance and any cases of theft within the store will be reported to the police. Sometimes items can accidentally travel from one rack to another, the staff will do their best to return everything to their original rack. This doesn't mean these items won't be on sale. As long as they are in store and have a price tag, customers can purchase them.
The Little Hanger takes no responsibility for stolen or lost property, but we will do our best for this not to happen.
We provide security tags for you to attach to your items if you wish to use them.
How to tag the clothes & use Zellr
- After making a booking, log into your Zellr account and click "Create Price sheet".
- Click Edit
- Add a small description of the items (eg: Country Road Beige onesie size 0) and a price to each line. Each price sheet makes 20 price tags with barcodes.
- Ensure you click save for each price sheet!
- Create as many price sheets as needed.
- Click "Mark as done" on each price sheet once finished.
-Print the price tags off and either laminate, print onto card or glue them to cardboard (thin paper tears easily; we can't sell clothes without price tags).

what brands sell well?
All popular brands in current fashion sell consistently well. You are welcome to sell both women's and children's clothing on your rack.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is plenty of carparking surrounding the shopping centre as well as street parking on the side streets.
What Time Is the Set Up/Pick Up?
You can set up your rack anytime during business hours. The best timing is opening time to get the most out of your first rental day. Pick-up is an hour before closing time on your last day of rental.
If you are unable to pick up your unsold clothes on your last day, please let us know ASAP and we can pack your clothes for you. The surcharge for packing and storing the clothes is $20/day and will be deducted from your profits.
